A ll copyright and inte llectua l property rights of the app, together w ith a ll informat ion re lated to the app, inc lud ing but not l im ited to text express ions and combinat ions thereof, icons, figure ornaments, charts, co lors, interface des ign, layout, re levant data, pr inted mater ia ls, and e lectron ic documents, are under the protect ion of copyright laws, internat iona l copyright treat ies, and other copyright laws and regu lat ions. A ll of our products, techno log ies and software programs are the inte llectua l property of the Company and are not licensed hereunder.

1. The app is deve loped for spec if ied mob i le phones, and has been tested and technica lly ver if ied, w ith d ifferent vers ions spec if ic for d ifferent phone brands and mode ls. Before use, p lease make sure that you insta ll an appropr iate vers ion for your phone. If you insta ll an improper vers ion on your phone, for a ll consequences caused therefrom, we w i ll not assume any respons ib i l ity, nor prov ide any serv ice support.

A ll legal respons ibi l it ies and disputes ar is ing from th is have noth ing to do w ith the Company and w i ll be borne by you.
4. The use of the app requ ir ing Internet serv ices and mobi le communicat ion serv ices may be affected by uncertaint ies at d ifferent links. Our serv ices may be interrupted or cannot meet your requ irements due to force majeure, computer viruses, hacker attacks, system instabi l ity, user's locat ion, user's shutdown of his/her mob i le phone, or any other network, techno logy, or communicat ion l ines. Users must understand th is fact and bear the above r isks on the ir own. The Company does not assume any respons ib i l ity when users cannot send or rece ive messages or send or rece ive wrong messages.

The Company is not respons ib le for any econom ic loss incurred by the user due to the th ird party's reason, for instance, the communicat ion line fai lure, techn ica l prob lems, or network of the te lecommun icat ions sector, mob i le phone fau lts, system instabi l ity, or other force majeure.

1. The product uses very sens it ive infrared detectors, so under no c ircumstances(app on or off, product on or off) shou ld the lens be d irect ly a imed at a strong rad iat ion source(such as the sun and laser beams), otherw ise the infrared detector w i ll be permanent ly damaged. The Company w i ll not be respons ib le for any improper storage or use of the product.
2. The Product is not designed as a med icaldevice, nor is it intended to d iagnose, treat, cure or prevent any d isease. A ll data and measurements are for persona l reference on ly.
